保留幽门及Witzel引流在胰十二指肠切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨保留幽门及Witzel引流在胰十二指肠切除术中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析12例采用改良胰十二指肠切除术式（保留幽门及Witzel引流）的临床应用效果.结果 12例术后恢复良好,未发生胰瘘,仅发生胃排空障碍1例.结论 采用改良胰十二指肠切除术式,术后胰瘘发生率低,术后生活质量得到提高,该术式值得在临床中推广应用.Objective To explore the clinical application of pylorus preservation and Witzel drainage in pancreaticoduodenal resection. Methods A retrospective analysis of 12 cases receiving the hnproved pancreaticoduodenectomy （pylorus-preserving and Witzel drainage） was done in our hospi- tal. Results Twelve cases recovered well. There was no recurrence of pancreatic fistula, and only I case had delayed gastric emptying. Conclusion incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula and The modified pancreatoduodenectomy can reduce the improve the quality of life after operation.
