摘 要:经调查统计得出 :( 1 )长江外滩枫杨林钉螺密度 (每 0 .1 1m2 内个数 )与意杨林、旱柳林和芦苇林的差值置信区间分别为 8.2 80 9~ 1 8.2 3 0 9、-0 .762 2~ 1 .64 62和 5.3 1 90~ 1 3 .3 80 9;( 2 )枫杨林群落生态因子与钉螺的相关性表现为 ,最适宜于钉螺孳生的光照为 5× 1 0 0~1 5× 1 0 0lx、土壤湿度为 2 0 %~ 4 0 %、林底植被盖度为 4 0 %~ 70 % ;( 3 )室内对照实验显示 ,枫杨鲜叶 0 .5%浓度水浸液灭螺效果在 6d后为 84 % ,优于同浓度凋落物的灭螺效果 4 2 .7% .上述研究结果为改善群落结构 ,提高枫杨林灭螺效果 。By investigation and statistics,the result showed:(1)The reliable scope of disparity in the density of Oncomelaniabetween the Pterocarya stenoptera community and the Opulus SPP.commmunity,the Phragmites commuis community’the Salix mastsudana community on the beaches of the Yangtze River was 8.280 9~ 18.230 9 ,5.319 0~13.380 9 and -0.762 2~1.646 2;(2)The range of the most suitable to live in for Oncomelania was that the insolation was 5×100~15×100 lx and the soil moisture was 20 %~40 % and the vegetation cover under the forest was 40 %~70 % between the ecological factors of the Pterocarya stenoptera community and Oncomelania; (3)The experiments indoor disclosed that the effect of killing-Oncomelania of 0.5 % water-living leaves was 84 % which was superior to the same density water-dad leaves 42.7 %.The result in research before may be provided as reference basis in order to improve the structure of community and to raise the effect of killing-Oncomelania of the Pterocarya stenoptera community.
