摘  要:目的研究证实男性Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清睾酮水平下降,但其机制尚不清楚。本研究旨在探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病对模型小鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌相关因子的影响。方法采用雄性3月龄obobd小鼠,检测其血清睾酮水平,应用Westren-blot技术检测模型小鼠睾丸间质细胞类固醇激素合成急性调节蛋白(StAR)、胆固醇侧链裂解酶(P450scc)、3β-羟类固醇脱氢酶(3βHSD)的表达水平。结果雄性obobd小鼠血清睾酮水平明显低于对照组;obobd小鼠睾丸间质细胞StAR、P450scc和3 βHSD表达水平明显下降。结论下调睾丸间质细胞StAR、P450scc和3BHSD表达水平可能是Ⅱ型糖尿病导致血清睾酮水平下降的原因。Objective To study the effects of Diabetes Mellitus Ⅱon the secretion of testosterone in Leydig cells of Levels of serum testosterone in the model mouse and the control were detected. The expression of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (STAR), cholesterol side-chain cleavage enzyme (P450scc) and 3 beta hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase (3 β HSD) in Leydig cells of the model mouse were measured by western blot, respectively. Results The level of serum testosterone in male obob mouse was significantly lower than that in the control; The expression of STAR, P450scc and 3 β HSD in Leydig cells of obob mouse remarkably decreased. Conclusion What diabetes mellitus Ⅱcauses the decline of the level of serum testosterone might be associated with low expression of STAR, P450scc and 3 β HSD.
