摘  要:目的探讨前列腺按摩液(EPS)中枸橼酸含量和pH值在Ⅲ型前列腺炎诊断中的意义。方法ⅢA型36例与ⅢB型87例分别进行前列腺按摩液细菌培养、EPS常规检查、NIH-前列腺炎症状评分(NIH—CPSINE)、枸橼酸浓度和pH的测定,然后行独立样本,检验。正常对照组84例同样进行上述检查后分别与ⅢA型和ⅢB型进行独立样本t检验和相关性分析。结果(1)ⅢA型和ⅢB型患者EPS中枸橼酸(P〈0.05)、pH(P〈0.05)差异有统计学意义,CPSI(P〉0.05)无统计学意义。(2)UIA型和正常对照组EPS中自细胞(P〈0.05)、枸橼酸(P〈0.05)、pH(P〈0.05)、CPSI(P〈0.05)差异有统计学意义。ⅢB型和正常对照组EPS中枸橼酸(P〈0.05)、pH(P〈0.05)、CPSI(P〈0.05)差异有统计学意义。白细胞(P〉0.05)无统计学意义。(3)实验组各指标与白细胞的相关性分别为:pH(r=0.759,P〈0.05)、枸橼酸(r=-0.728,P〈0.05)、NIH—CPSI(r=0.298,P〈0.05)。实验组中枸橼酸与pH之间呈现较强负相关关系(r=-0.817,P〈0.01)。结论测定EPS中枸橼酸浓度和pH对了解Ⅲ型前列腺炎的炎症程度和分型诊断均有一定意义。Objective To explore the significance of citric acid and pH in the diagnosis of type Ⅲprostatitis. Methods The level of citric acid in EPS, EPS pH, EPS routine, bacterial culture and CPSI were detected in 36 cases of type IliA and 87 cases of type ⅢB respectively, then the results of two groups were statistically analyzed by independent samples t-test and correlation analysis. Same experiemnts were also carried out in the normal control group(84 cases), and the data was comparatively analyzed by independent samples t-test with that of the experimental group. Results (1) There were significant differences in the level of citric acid (P〈0.05) and pH value (P〈0.05) between IliA and IIIB groups. The CPSI (P〉0.05) between ⅢA and ⅢB groups was not statistically significant. (2) The number of leukocyte (P〈0.05), the level of citric acid (P〈0.05), pH value (P〈0.05), CPSI (P〈0.05) were statistically significant between IliA and the control group. The level of citric acid (P〈0.05), pH value (P〈0.05), CPSI (P〈0.05) were statistically significant between IIIB and control group, but the number of leukocyte (P〉0.05) was not statistically significant. (3) The index's correlation with leukocyte of the experimental group were as follows: pH (r= 0.759, P〈0.05), citric acid (r = -0.728,P〈0.05), NIH-CPSI (r = 0.298,P〈0.0 1). The citric acid and pH showed strong negative correlation in the experimental groups, r = -0.817, P〈0.01. Conclusion Detection of citric acid concentration and pH value in EPS will be helpful for better understanding inflammation degree of type Ⅲ pmstatitis and its classification diagnosis.
