摘　　要：将固定矢量的概念应用于分形块编码中 ,对图象的平缓区进行固定矢量的线性组合编码 ,并且在分形编码中 ,采取了分层处理的思想 .实验表明 ,与基本的分形块编码方法相比 ,本文提出的固定矢量层次分形编码方法在保证一定的重建图象质量下 ,使图象的压缩比有了明显的提高 ,并且大大提高了编码和解码速度 .This paper presents a new fractional block coding approach with concept of fixed vector. The approach uses lineral combination of fixed vector in image flat, and it adopts hierarchical thought about fractional coding.Experimental results show that the fixed vector hierarchical fractional coding approach achieves higher compression obviously, and it codes and decodes faster than the standard fractional block coding method.
