延龄草根及根茎的化学成分研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：目的研究延龄草Trilliumtschonoskii根及根茎中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、聚酰胺、反相硅胶C188和SephadexLH-20柱色谱对延龄草70％乙醇提取物进行分离纯化。用质谱、核磁等波谱学方法确定化合物结构。结果从延龄草醋酸乙酯和正丁醇部位分离得到12个化合物，分别鉴定为β-蜕皮激素（1）、pinnatasterone（2）、polypodineB（3）、3-甲氧基4-羟基-苯丙酸甲酯（4）、岷江百合苷A（5）、4-羟基苯甲酸（6）、香草醛（7）、β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基（1-4）-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基（1→2）]-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（8）、重楼皂苷V（9）、重楼皂苷III（10）、延龄草苷A（11）、延龄草苷C（12）。结论化合物1、2、6、7、9、10首次从该属植物中分离得到，化合物3～5、11、12首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the roots and rhizomes of Trillium tschonoskii. Methods The roots and rhizomes of T. tschonoskii were extracted with 70% ethanol and separated by chromatography on polyamide, silica gel, RP-C18, and Sephadex LH-20 columns. Chemical structures were identified by MS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract from the roots and rhizomes of T. tschonoskii and n-butanol fractions were identified as β-ecdysone （1）, pinnatasterone （2）, polypodine B （3）, methyl ferulorate （4）, regaloside A （5）, 4-hydroxy- benzoic acid （6）, vanillic aldehyde （7）,β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→4）-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→2）]-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （8）, paris saponin V （9）, paris saponin III （10）, trillenoside A（11）, and trillenoside C （12）. Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, and 10 are isolated from the plants in this genus for the first time, and compounds 3-5, 11, and 12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
