参苓益胃胶囊治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓益胃胶囊治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组服用参苓益胃胶囊2周,对照组服用奥美拉唑肠溶片、阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑片1周,再单服奥美拉唑肠溶片1周。结果:治疗组症状疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),胃镜疗效两组无显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组Hp转阴率不及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参苓益胃胶囊治疗的慢性胃炎脾虚气滞和肝胃不和型有较好的临床疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenling Yiwei Capsules on chronic gastritis. Method： According to random number table, 60 cases were divided into study group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The study group were treated with Shenling Yiwei Capsules by oral administration for 2 weeks while the control group were treated with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets, amoxicillin capsules and Metronidazole Tablets by oral administration for 1 week and then only Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets for 1 week. Result： The therapeutic effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of electro-gastroscope between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） . HP negative rate of the study group was inferior to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion： Shenling Yiwei Capsules have good clinical therapeutic effect on spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome and liver-stomach disharmony of chronic gastritis
