摘  要:目的研究耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)医院感染情况及其耐药性监测。方法通过病原学标本分离鉴定技术和药敏试验方法,对某医院住院患者送检标本进行了分离鉴定及药敏试验。检出的MRSA按照标本来源、科室分布、药物耐药性等进行分析。结果该医院在2011-2012年从医院感染患者送检标本中共检出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌95株,主要分离自痰液(占48.42%),其次是血液和伤口分泌物。MRSA感染患者主要分布于重症监护病房和神经外科,分别占29.47%和15.79%。MRSA除对万古霉素和利奈唑胺敏感外,对大环内酯类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类及磺胺类药物呈不同程度耐药性。结论 MRSA主要分离自重症病房的呼吸道感染患者,其耐药情况比较严重,应加强有效控制措施。Objective To study the hospital infection and its drug resistance surveillance of methicillin resistant Staphy- lococcus aureus (MASA). Methods The separation and identification technology and drug susceptibility test were used to analyze the hospital patient samples. 95 strains of MRSA were analyzed according to specimen source, department distribution and drug resistance. Results There were 95 strains MRSA detected from the patients of hospital infections during year 2011 -2012, most of which were isolated from the sputum (48.42%), followed by blood and wound secretion. MRSA pa- tients were mainly distributed in ICU and neurosurgery, accounting ior 29.47% and 15.79% respectively. MRSA strains were multi - drug resistant to Maerolides, Aminoglycosides, Quinolones and Sulfonamides, while they were sensitive to Vancomycin and Linezolid. Conclusion MRSA are mainly isolated from patients of respiratory tract infections from the in- tensive Care Units. The situation of drug resistance is more serious and effective control measures should be strengthened.
