摘　　要：目的了解成都市某城区个体口腔诊所消毒干预措施的效果,保证消毒工作质量。方法采用现场指导和集中培训及实地操作技能培训及问卷调查等干预措施,并对干预效果进行调查。结果成都市某城区个体口腔诊所多数消毒设施配置不全,在调查的诊所中均没有配备手消毒剂,90%诊所没有非接触式水龙头。从业人员消毒知识和技能考核合格率由培训前的52.27%提高到培训后的88.62%。结论实施干预措施后,个体口腔诊所人员消毒知识和技能有明显提高,但消毒硬件设施配备尚需要专门经费投入,监督部门加强监督力度。Objective To learn about disinfection effectiveness of interventions of the individual dental clinics in specific part of Chengdu and to ensure the quality of disinfection work. Methods The intervention methods including on - site training, focus - group study, in - field skills training and a questionnaire survey were used and then followed by investigation on the effect of an intervention. Results The majority of disinfection facilities of private dental clinics in the specific part of Chengdu lack disinfection facilities. The clinics investigated were not equipped with hand disinfectant and 90% of the clinics did not have non - contact clinic faucet. The pass rate of practitioners＇disinfection knowledge and skills assess- ment increased from 52. 27% to 88.62% after training. Conclusion After the implementation of interventions, the individualized dental clinic personnel disinfection knowledge and skills have significantly improved, but the disinfection hardware facilities still need dedicated funding and strengthened supervision from supervision departments.
