摘　　要：工程裙房屋盖整体为"波浪"形式,为局部采光种植屋面,结构由不同弧度的箱型钢梁组成,屋盖结构投影面积为126.6m×25.5m,结构地下4层,地上3层。具有钢弧梁跨度大、单重较大且不能过多分段、混凝土楼板上设置点式支承架体用于高空拼装、城市中心场地狭小等难点。工程采用大型汽车吊结构外侧站位,单根整体吊装与散件吊装高空拼装相结合的施工工艺,优质、经济、高效地完成屋盖结构安装。The wave style planting roof of the annex building is composed of different curved box beams. The annex includes 4 layers underground and 3 layers on the ground, whose roof projection area is 126.6 m× 25.5 m. The difficulties of the project were as below： long span and single heavy curved steel beam which could not be divided into many components, point supporting frame on the concrete floor was erected for high altitude assembling and the narrow space in the downtown of the city. Finally, the method of 350 t lorry mounted crane standing on the edge of the foundation pit was successfully used in this project, which combined with single integral lifting and unit components lifting for high altitude assembling. The success of this high quality, economy and efficiency kind of hoisting method has accumulated valuable experience for the same kind of projects.
