我国区域竞技体育与经济发展非均衡状况分析

摘　　要：以我国除西藏外的30个省市为研究对象,利用线性回归模型确定1996—2009年期间全国竞技体育与经济发展的平衡关系,利用模型的估计系数与标准差分析我国竞技体育与经济发展非均衡状况及变化趋势,利用模型残差考察我国各省市竞技体育与经济发展的非均衡程度。结果表明:我国竞技体育对于经济发展有较为稳定的利用方式,竞技体育对经济发展的刺激不具有规模效应;我国竞技体育与经济发展的非均衡程度呈现出一定的周期化波动,非均衡程度在2003年后整体上升,并且较2003年之前波动范围明显扩大,但在2004年表现出异于其他年份的变化规律;我国各个省市的竞技体育与经济发展之间存在不同程度的非均衡状况,其中,上海、内蒙古、安徽、青海、海南的竞技体育与经济发展非均衡程度较轻,其余各省市竞技体育与经济发展非均衡程度较为严重。By taking China＇s 30 provinces and cities （except Tibet） as the object of study, the research utilize a linear regression model to determine the equilibrium relationship between competitive sports and economic development in the period 1996--2009 and use the model＇s residuals to examine the non - equilibrium degree of competitive sports and economic development in each provinces and cities. The results show that competitive sports in China has a relatively stable utilization of economic development, however the stimulation of economic development does not have the scale effect on competitive sports. As for the whole country, the non - equilibrium degree of competitive sports and economic development fluctuated cyclically on some extent and rose after 2003. When compared with the period before 2003, its fluctuation range expands significantly and exhibited different variation in 2004 from the other years. For each province and city in China, there are varying degrees of non - equilibrium of competitive sports and economic development. Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Qinghai and Hain- an have lesser non - equilibrium degree of competitive sports and economic development. Meanwhile the remaining provinces and cities suffer from a more serious non - equilibrium degree of competitive sports and economic development.
