高等院校竞技后备人才培养体系的研究

摘　　要：依托高等院校并建立高水平的学、科、训一体的竞技后备人才培养体系,是促进我国竞技体育事业实现体育和教育有机结合的重要举措。运用文献资料、调查问卷等研究方法,从理论层面上探析高等院校竞技后备人才培养体系构建的缘由、优势、运行机制和体系内容与发展对策,主要研究结论是:在竞技体育"举国体制"制度下,形成"业余体校—体校—专业运动队"的传统后备人才培养体系与"国家项目中心—院校后备人才训练基地—单项后备人才训练基地"的后备人才培养体系并存的格局,应是我国今后竞技体育后备人才培养与选拔的方向;高等院校的教学、科研、训练和后勤保障等优势,尤其是不代表地方利益的优势是保障国家竞技体育大局和构建高水平竞技后备人才培养体系的基础。Relying on institutions of higher education and the establishment of a high level of sports back - up talented training system by integration of learning, science, and training is an important measure to achieve the organic combination of sports and education and promote the cause of Chinese athletics. This study, by means of literature, questionnaires and other research methods, makes an analysis of the reason, advantage, operating mechanism and system of content and development of countermeasures of institutions of higher education sports back - up talented training system. The main conclusions are the formation of the amateur Sports School - Sports School - Professional Sports Teams in the traditional back - up personnel training system in this competitive sports nationwide system of system. This coexists with back - up personnel training system of the national project centers - institutions of talents reservation training base - a single back - up talent training base, which should be the orientation of Chinese back - up talent training and selection later. The advantages in teaching, research, training and logistics of institutions of higher education, in particular, the advantage that does not stand for local in- terests is to safeguard the overall situation of national athletic sports and build high - level talented culture system basis.
