摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,从河南省民办高校体育教师的构成与数量、年龄、性别、职称、学历、工作量、教学质量、科研、继续教育、工作环境、师资流动等因素对河南省民办高校体育师资队伍进行研究,深入了解河南省民办高校体育师资现状及存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出一系列切实可行的措施与建议,从而为河南省民办高校的可持续发展做出贡献。Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, from the province of Henan private college sports teachers form with the number, age, sex, education, work, study, teaching, scientific research, continuing education, work environment, teachers＇ mobility and other factors on the private colleges and universities in Henan province, this paper made sports staff researchj in - depth understanding of the colleges and universities sports teaching present situation and the existing problenas, and proposed a series of practical measures and suggestions for the sustainable development.
