白千层扦插苗栽培过程中枝叶挥发油的变化

摘　　要：用挥发油提取器提取白千层枝叶中的挥发油,利用气相色谱分析其中的化学成分,追踪测定白千层扦插苗在移栽过程中精油的得油率、4-松油醇和1,8-桉叶素含量的变化。结果表明,从扦插繁殖后栽培的白千层中提取的精油基本保持原来的品质,各项指标依然符合国际标准ISO4730:2004的要求。During the course of cultivation from cutting seedlings, the volatile oil of Melaleuca was extracted by volatile oil extractor and its relative contents of terpinen-4 ol and 1,8 cineole were analyzed by GC. The results showed the volatile oil of Melaleuca maintained the primary quality and the property index still reach to ISO 4730-2004 standard.
