摘 要:结合课题组设计的新型圆弧形深松铲,利用八角环传感器,对圆弧形深松铲与土壤作用力在水平和垂直方向的分力进行了测定;利用测试数据在ANSYS Workbench软件对弧形深松铲进行了建模与结构静力分析,得到在工作载荷下弧形深松铲的应力分布,其中最大应力主要集中在铲柄与机架连接处,以及铲刃上部,最大应力值为201.6 MPa,最大位移位于铲尖部分,其值为1.387 7 mm。Octagonal ring sensor was used to measure the component force of the circular arc sub-soiling shovel designed by the project group and soil force along horizontal direction and vertical direction; the measured data of the force were used to analyze the modeling and structure static force of the circular arc sub-soiling shovel with ANSYS Workbench software and the stress distribution of the circular arc sub-soil- ing shovel under working load was obtained. The results show that the maximum stress mainly focused on shovel shaft and frame joint and upper shovel edge, the value of which was 201.6 MPa. The maximum displacement was located on the tine point, the value of which was 1.387 7 mm. The simulation resuhs provide foundation for further design of circular arc sub-soiling shovel.
