摘  要:目的研究普萘洛尔对映体对点燃的作用及机制。方法建立大鼠杏仁核电刺激点燃和戊四唑(PTZ)化学性点燃模型,并建立耗竭GABA诱发的小鼠氨基脲惊厥模型,观察普萘洛尔对映体对点燃和惊厥的影响。结果左旋体普萘洛尔腹腔注射有抗PTZ点燃作用,降低Ono’s分级和6级发作百分率(P<0.01),在杏仁核点燃模型能降低Racine分级和发作百分率(P<0.01),在氨基脲诱发的惊厥模型,左旋体可抑制惊厥(P<0.01);右旋体普萘洛尔无抗点燃和惊厥作用。结论左旋体普萘洛尔有抗点燃作用,其可能通过阻断β-受体抑制点燃发作。Objective: To study the mechalnism and effects of the enantiomer of chrial medicine Propranolol on kin- dling. Methods : The pentylenetetrazo ( FIZ ) chemical kindling and amydala electrical kindling models in rats were estab- lished while the mice semicarbazide convulsion models which were induced by depletion of GABA were constituted. The in- fluence of Propranolol enantiormer on the kindling and convulsion were observed. Results: The laevorctatory form of Prop- ranolol had antikindling effect in the PTZ kindling rats and reduced the Ono' s stage and the percentage of VI stage seizure (P 〈 0.01 ). In amygdala kindling model Racine' s stage and the percentage of seize were also reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). The laevorotatory form could inhibit the convulsion on the model induced by semicarbazide( P 〈 0.01 ). The dextrorotary form of Propranolol didn' t show antikindling and convulsive actions. Conclusion: The mechanism of Propranolol inhibits the seize of kindling may be by blocking 13 - adrenoceptor.
