摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗经办机构是卫生部门管理下的全额预算事业单位,肩负着日常管理工作及基金安全运行,经办机构的质量和效率关系新农合医疗事业的发展。本文通过分析新农合经办机构在履行职能的过程中存在着的风险点,并针对这些风险点分析相应的监管体系中的问题,进而提出解决这些问题的措施。The administrative Institution of New Co- operative Medical System which is responsible for the basic management and the safety of the fund is a state run institution. The quality and efficiency of the in- stitution is related to the further development of New Cooperative Medical System. In this paper, we will analysis the risk points of the management of the in- stitution and supervision system and put forward the measures to solve the problems.
