摘　　要：石油注水开发项目对水环境质量影响的研究集中于污染物的作用机理和静态水质评价,不能反映水环境的动态性和污染物的累积性。本文在构建注水开发项目对水环境质量影响评价的指标体系的基础上,提出了石油注水开发项目对水环境质量影响的多层次动态综合评价法,并建立评价模型,量化评价了石油注水开发项目对水环境质量的影响。进一步通过实证数据分析,检验了本文所提出的影响水环境质量的因素及其评价方法。研究结果表明,评价方法简单,评价结果合理可行。The studies on influence of oil develop- ment project to water environment put emphasis on the mechanism of contaminants and the static water quality evaluation which cannot reflect the dynamic of water- environment and the accumulation of contaminants, In this paper, construct the evaluating indicator system of water-injection development project （OWDP）＇s impact to water environment. Propose multileveldynamic com- prehensive evaluation method and construct assessment model with the method which is used for quantitative e- valuation of the impact, Through the case study, verify the influence factors and the evaluation method. The research results show that the evaluation method is simple and easy to use, and the assessment achievements are reasonable and feasible.
