原发性肝癌患者红细胞调控血糖的系统血液生物学体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的:利用血细胞快速培养系统模式设计为红细胞调控血糖的系统血液生物学实验,探讨肝癌患者与正常人红细胞胰岛素受体调控血糖浓度能力的差异,为肝癌系统理论研究提供新的思路和研究方法。方法:肝癌患者与正常人枸橼酸抗凝新鲜血各自都设为全血细胞培养组和白细胞培养组,37℃温育1 h,测定培养物中血糖浓度(mmol/L),计算红细胞对血糖吸附率=(白细胞培养组血糖浓度-全血培养组血糖浓度)/白细胞培养组血糖浓度。结果:正常人红细胞对血糖吸附率明显高于肝癌患者红细胞对血糖吸附率。结论:肝癌患者红细胞胰岛素受体调低血糖,将血糖转换为能量的功能明显低下。红细胞具有系统血液生物学调节功能(包括免疫和内分泌等)。枸橼酸抗凝新鲜血是一种动态的和活的血细胞悬液,而枸橼酸抗凝新鲜血细胞快速培养系统模式可设计成各种系统血液生物学实验体系用于各种疾病系统血液生物学实验研究。Objective The system blood biological experiment was created by using blood culture system mode, in order to explore the difference of regulative glucose ability of insulin receptor on red cells between liver cancer patients and normal healthy persons, and provide new ideas and methods for the system theory research on liver cancer theory. Methods The citric acid anticoagulant fresh bloods of liver cancer patients and normal healthy person were respectively divided into the whole blood cell culture group and the white blood cell culture group. After incubated at 37 ~C for one hour, the blood glucose levels in culture were detected. Blood glucose adsorption rate of red blood cell was calculated. Results The blood glucose adsorption rate of red blood cell of normal healthy person was significantly higher than that of patient with liver cancer. Conclusion The regulating function for decreasing blood glucose and transforming blood sugar to energy of erythrocyte insulin receptor in patient with hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal healthy person. Red blood cell has a system blood biological regulating function （including the immtme and endocrine）. Anticoagulant fresh blood is a kind of dynamic and live blood cell suspension, and flesh blood cells rapid culture system mode can be used for systems blood biological experiments of various diseases .
