摘　　要：性别与法律研究网络2013年年会以"司法公正与性别平等"为主题。与会的专家学者认为,对司法人员进行社会性别意识的培训,使司法人员树立社会性别平等理念,依法进行公正审判,有利于实现司法公正与性别平等。在司法实践中,应当注意对农村妇女土地权益的保护,关注受虐妇女案件的公正处理,矫正对两性平等问题的错误认知。为推进防治家庭暴力工作,应当加快制定专门的"家庭暴力防治法"。The 2013 annual meeting of the research network of gender and law takes ＂judicial justice and gender equality＂ as its theme. Participants of this coference think that judicial personnel should be trained to obtain gender consciousness and always keep the idea of gender equality and impartial trial in their mind, which can contribute to the realization of gender justice and equality. In judicial practice, we should pay attention to the protection of rural women＇s land rights and interests. We also should commit themselves to the impartial conduct of the law cases which are concerned with the battered women, and correct the wrong idea about gender equality, and speed up the draft of ＂anti-family violence law＂.
