摘　　要：目的通过调查了解从业人员性病防治知识情况,为制订高危行为干预计划提供科学依据。方法每年约有12万人到石家庄市疾控中心体检所进行从业体检,办理健康证,对这些体检的从业人员进行问卷调查。结果 427664名从业人员中,对性病的总知晓率为74.7%;性病传播途径回答正确率为92.8%,对非传播途径的回答正确率为31.1%。结论从业人员性病防治知识知晓率低,应加强公共场所从业人员性病防治的健康教育,并提供相关服务和行为干预。Objective To investigate the status of sexually transmitted disease （STD） prevention and control knowledge of practitioners, so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of high - risk behavior interven- tion plan. Methods Every year there were about 120 000 people coming to Shijiazhuang City CDC for medical examination. We conducted a questionnaire survey among them for a health certificate of the medical practi- tioners. Results The total awareness rate was 74.7% in 427 664 practitioners. The accuracy rate on venereal transmission and non transmission route was 92. 8% and 31.1% , respectively.
