内蒙古包头医学院大学生蠕形螨感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解内蒙古包头医学院大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况,为蠕形螨的防制提供理论依据。方法采用透明胶带粘贴法对包头医学院在校356名大学生面部蠕形螨感染进行抽样调查。结果该人群蠕形螨总感染率为19.94%,其中男生感染率为15.62%、女生感染率为22.37%,男女生感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染占88.73%,单纯皮脂蠕形螨感染占4.25%,混合感染占7.04%。71例阳性感染者中,蠕形螨感染Ⅰ度为84.50%。蠕形螨的感染有季节消长规律,春季、夏季蠕形螨检出率高,冬季、秋季蠕形螨检出率低。结论内蒙古包头医学院大学生蠕形螨感染率处于相对较低水平。Objective To know about the infection status of demodex among students in Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia, so as to provide fundamental basis for the demodex control. Methods A total of 356 students were investigated for the facial demodex by using the transparent adhesive tape method. Results The infective rate of the demodex was 19. 94%. There were no significant differences between male （ 15.62% ） and female （22. 37% ） （P 〉0. 05） . In 71 positives, 88.73% were infected with demodex brevis, 4. 25% with demodex follieulorum, and 7.04% with both. 84.50% of the positives were classified as grade I （ low - grade infection） . The Growth regularity of demodex infection showed high infection rate in spring and sum- mer, low infection rate in autumn and winter. Conclusions The infection rate of demodex in Baotou Medical College is at a relatively low level.
