全国大型公立医院官方微博的运行现状研究

摘　　要：目的:了解我国大型公立医院官方微博的运行现状,探索进一步完善微博运行的有效措施。方法:采用互联网搜索引擎对全国31个省级行政单元地区(不含港澳台)的大型公立医院官方微博的运行情况进行统计分析。结果:我国21.44%的大型公立医院开设有官方微博;大型公立医院官方微博关注数的中位数为103,粉丝数的中位数为1785,博文数的中位数为207;医疗卫生行业整体的传播力指数为5.79,低于各行业的平均值(12.21)。结论:我国大型公立医院官方微博的开设率偏低,覆盖面和博文更新频率整体偏低,传播力影响力整体偏低,缺乏整体规划和系统管理。需要推动官方微博的普及,提高微博的传播力和覆盖面,建立官方微博的管理体系和运行机制。Objective： To understand the status of large public hospital official microblog and explore the effective measures to further perfect the microblog operation. Methods： Status of large public hospital official microblog operation in 31 provinces（except Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan） were searched by website and data were analyzed. Resuhs： 21.44% of large public hospital in our country had official microblog. The median of attention on official microbIog in large public hospital was for 103 and the median of fans was 1785, the median of blog article was 20. The spread power index of whole healthcare industry was 5.79, which was lower than the average （12.21）. Conclusions： The rate of official microblog in large public hospital is low. The amount of blog article and its update frequency is also low. The spread power index is relatively low. Official microblog is lack of integrated plan and systematic management. It needs to improve official microblog＇s coverage and spread power and create its management system and operation meehanism.
