摘　　要：河南省洛阳正骨医院在JCI标准的指导下结合自身中医专科医院特色,构建和完善中医特色管理体系,全方位提升医院质量管理水平。制度体系建设作为首要任务和重要环节,在构建医院管理体系中起到至关重要的作用。医院制度体系建设是一个动态的管理的过程,完善的制度体系可提升医院制度规范化程度,使医院医疗秩序良性运转,有效地降低管理的成本,同时促进医院文化与品牌形成,提高医院竞争优势和社会声誉。Under the guidance of the JCI standards and combined with the characteristics of the specialist hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, l,uoyang orthopedic hospital created Traditional Chinese Medicine based management system and lull improved hospital quality management. As the first link and important of creating management system institution construction played very important role in it. Hospital institution construction is a dynamic management process. A good institution system can promote the normalization of hospital management, help medical service smoothly providing, effectively reducing management cost, promoting hospital brand, competition and reputation.
