摘  要:航空发动机机匣安装边多采用不含垫片的螺栓联结结构形式,安装边除了刚度及强度要求外,还有气体密封要求,特别是对内压力较大的高压压气机机匣。利用线弹性断裂力学的相关理论,简化螺栓法兰联结结构,推导出泄露压力计算公式。利用workbench软件进行仿真计算,得出螺栓联结处的正应力分布,求得泄露压力。通过有限元计算,研究了螺栓预紧力、螺栓位置和法兰厚度等参数对泄露压力的影响,为机匣纵向安装边螺栓联结结构参数设计提供了参考依据。Non-gasketed flange joints are mostly used in aero-engine casing connection.In addition to the demands of rigidity and strength,tightness of the metal-to-metal contact interface of bolted flanges is another important design parameter,especially for the bolted joints casing structures with a high inter gas pressure.An original model able to predict the leakage condition is presented,based on a fracture mechanics approach.Leak pressure calculation formula is deduced.Finite element software ANSYS Workbench is applied for the simulating calculation of bolted joint flange structure,the normal stress distribution and leakage pressure of the bolted joint structure are obtained.Through finite element calculation,effects of pre-tightening force and bolt parameters such as position and thickness of the flange on the leak pressure are studied.It will provide referential basis for bolted joint casing structural design.
