浅谈JCI评审标准对中国医院管理的影响

摘　　要：JCI评审是世界卫生组织认可的认证模式,已正式作为一种医院管理标准在我国推行。JCI评审标准把"以病人为中心"的理念贯穿到病人在医院的每项医疗活动中,在优化检验检查服务流程、注重患者识别和保护患者隐私、开展患者和家属的教育、保障药物使用的安全性、员工管理、突发事件处理及规范设备管理等方面进行了规定。医院监管部门对JCI评审标准熟悉与掌握将有利于提升对医院的监管水平及服务质量。JCI accreditation standard has been certified as an attestation mode by WHO, and also carried out as a hospital management standard in china. Patient-centered Philosophy will run through all the actions in hospital, such as inspection service process, patient identification and protection of patients privacy, the patient and family education,safety of drug use, staff management, emergency treatment and device management. The supervision level and quality of service to the hospital will be greatly improved on the condition that the Public Health Inspection Agency is familiar with and masters the standard review of JCI.
