摘 要:偶氮型活性染料的偶氮或醌腙结构直接影响其性能。通过核磁共振谱和电喷雾串联质谱研究可以确定其稳定结构。在超级活性黑的三原色组分中,藏青、深红色组分的稳定结构为偶合组分中羟基一侧呈腙体结构,而氨基一侧呈偶氮体结构;黄色组分采用核磁和电喷雾串联质谱可以确证,在三次偶合的过程中,氨基苯磺酸为重氮组分的一侧已由偶氮体转化为腙体。本文给出了超级活性黑中黄色组分的正确结构。The properties of azo reactive dyes depend on their existence form, azo or hydrazone. The stable form of an azo dye could be confirmed by its NMR and ESI-MS^n, respectively. Navy components and deep red components of Reactive Supra Black ( G or R) were shown that : the azo group on hydroxy side was hydrazone form and on amino side was azo form ; the structure of the yellow compo- nent was confirmed by ^1H-NMR,^13 C-MNR and Electrospray Tandem Mass Spectra, the azo group on phenyl sulfonic acid side was transformed to hydrazone form during three successive coupling reactions. Thus, the correct structure of the yellow component of Supra Black was outlined.
