摘 要:研制了一种新型的大量程智能化超声功率计 .功率接收靶被设计成空心腔体形式 ,其自重为水的浮力所平衡 ,以此扩大功率计的量程 ;用荷重传感器测量靶面上的超声辐射压力 ,以此求得辐射功率 ;用微处理器控制数据采集与处理 ,以实现测量智能化 .理论分析及实验表明 :该功率计测量超声换能器辐射面直径最大可达 1 33mm,测量超声功率最大可达 999.9W,理论分辨率为 0 .3W,测量超声频率最低为 1 2 5k Hz.它适合于对中、大功率超声换能器 ,尤其是大口径。A new intelligent ultrasonic power meter with large measuring range was developed. The target that receives ultrasound radiation power is designed to be a hollow cavity and its weight is balanced by the float force of water, by which the measuring range is enlarged effectively. The radiation power is derived by the measurement of the ultrasound radiation pressure on the target. The instrument is intelligentized by using a microprocessor to control the data sampling and processing. It is shown theoretically and experimentally that the maximum diameter of the radiation surface of the measured transducer is up to 133 mm, the maximum measurable ultrasonic power is up to 999.9 W, the theoretical resolution is 0.3 W, and the minimum measurable ultrasound frequency is 125 kHz. It is suitable for measurement of ultrasonic power of medium or large power transducer, especially for that of large aperture transducer and multi element transducer array.
