加层对高层办公建筑疏散时间影响的研究

摘　　要：某高档办公建筑局部加层,人员荷载略有增加。从楼梯容纳能力、人员荷载变动角度,对建筑的层疏散行动时间、全楼疏散行动时间进行分析,以研究影响楼层人员疏散行动时间的原因。研究结果表明,对于低密度建筑,局部加层后对原建筑层疏散行动时间无显著影响,全楼疏散行动时间有少量增加;对于密度高的建筑,局部加层后对层疏散行动时间有显著影响,全楼疏散行动时间有少量增加。A high - class high - rise office building was added three stories on the part of the top, resulting in a slight increase of human loads. This article analyzes the layer and the whole building evacuation action time, from the perspectives of the staircase accommodate capacity and the variety of human load. The results shows ： there was no noticeable influence to the layer evacuation action time after adding stories to buildings having a low human densi- ty, but the whole building evacuation action time would increase slightly; otherwise, there was remarkable influence to layer evacuation action time after adding stories to buildings having a high human density, and the whole building evacuation action time increased slightly yet.
