摘  要:本文对人附红细胞体病的病原、传播机制、流行情况、检测技术进行综述,发现动物与人群普遍易感附红细胞体,已造成畜牧业经济的巨大损失,同时也造成人群公共卫生的潜在危害,人群感染与发病人数呈逐年增加趋势,人附红细胞体病不容忽视。随着我国进一步改革开放,对外贸易特别是畜牧业进口增长以及旅游产业等人员交流的增多,口岸卫生主管部门应对人附红细胞体进行研究,一方面为国际旅行卫生宣传、口岸卫生执法提供依据,另一方面有利于提高口岸卫生把关的质量。The pathogen, transmission mechanism, epidemiological status and detecting technology of Eperythronzoon were outlined. We found that animals and herd were generally susceptible to Eperythronzoon. Eperythronzoonsis not only has caused huge losses on animal husbandry economy, but also has caused people to potential public health hazards. The number of Eperythronzoonsis cases showed a trend of increase year by year, and the problem of Eperythronzoonsis cannot be ignored. With China's deepening implementation of its reform and opening-up policy, foreign trade especially livestock imports and personnel exchanges like in the tourism industry are growing. So we need to study Eperythronzoonsis of human ,not only for health propaganda and providing evidence for health law enforcement on port, but also for gatekeepers to improve quality of health on port.
