加味定喘片乙醇提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:优化加味定喘片乙醇提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以盐酸麻黄碱、黄芩苷含量和出膏率为评价指标,优选加味定喘片乙醇提取工艺。结果:加味定喘片乙醇提取工艺优选为加60%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2 h,第1次加10倍量,第2次加8倍量。结论:优选的提取工艺科学合理,可为工业化生产提供依据。Objective： To op timize the ethanol extraction process for jiaweidingchuan tablets . Methods： Based on the orthogonal experiment design and using the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and baicalin and the rate of extrac-tum as indexes to op timize the ethanol extraction process for jiaweidingchuan tablets . Results： The op timum condition for the ethanol extraction of jiaweidingchuan tablets was the reflux extraction twice with addition of 60% ethanol , 2 hours each time （ 10 and 8 times in volume respectively ） . Conclusion： The op timized extraction process is scientific and reasonable , which can provide a basis for commercial productions .
