胺碘酮致右下肢腓肠肌重度静脉炎1例

摘　　要：1例心内科患者使用盐酸胺碘酮注射液后出现了严重的药品不良反应,致使患者右下肢腓肠肌重度静脉炎,本例提醒医务人员,在临床诊疗活动中,应加强药品不良反应监测与上报。Serious adverse drug reactions happened in one patient of cardiology department after amiodarone hydrochloride injection was given , and led to severe phlebitis in the patient ’ s right gastrocnemius . This case reminds medical staff that the monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions should be strengthened in clinical diagnosis and treatment .
