摘　　要：尽快对《体育法》进行修改是目前我国体育法制建设的重要任务。我国是成文法国家,《体育法》最终必须以书面形式表达出来,其立法语言规范与否对立法质量有重要影响。采用数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,从法律语言学的视角对《体育法》的立法语言缺陷及完善对策进行研究。在分析立法语言及其要求的基础上发现,《体育法》立法语言存在的主要缺陷包括立法核心词语使用不规范、立法表述中的特定语句模式存在问题、通用语言语病以及体育自身特性引发的其他立法语言问题4方面。分析了《体育法》立法语言问题产生的原因,并从基本思路、具体措施2个层面阐述了《体育法》立法语言的完善建议。Altering Sports Law of the People＇s Republic of China as soon as possible is an important task in China. This paper reaches on legislative lan- guage defect and perfect countermeasures of sports law from the legal linguistics perspective by the ways of document consultation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. There are four problems that using legislation core words wrongly, the expression of a particular sentence patterns is not accurate, gener al language mistakes on the basis of analyzing the requirement of legislative language and problems caused from the complicated of sports. Analyzes the reasons why Sports Law has these problems. Accordingly, this paper puts forward suggestions for perfecting the legislative language of Sports Law from the two aspects of basic thought and specific measures.
