摘　　要：总结31例原发性肾病综合征合并急性肾损伤病例的临床观察和护理措施。强化护士基础理论学习,提高对原发性肾病综合征合并急性肾损伤的识别能力、严密观察病情和相关指标的动态改变、避免诱发肾损害的因素、针对原发病和肾损伤落实护理措施是临床处理的关键。多数患者经及时诊治与精心护理,肾功能恢复良好。This paper summarized the clinical features and nursing care of 31 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome（PNS） and acute kidney injury（AKI）. It is critical to strengthen nurse training on basic theories,improve nurses＇ ability to identify PNS and AKI,closely observe the dynamic changes and related indicators,prevent renal damage factors and implement nursing interventions. The majority of PNS cases with AKI recovered and discharged successfully after timely treatment and intensive care.
