摘　　要：目的掌握乳山市农村30岁以上居民高血压患病情况及其影响因素,为综合防治、评价防治效果提供依据。方法按照随机抽样原则,乳山市每个镇(街道)随机抽取1个村,每个村再随机抽取100户,每户抽取30周岁以上的居民作为调查对象,进行问卷调查、医学体检和膳食调查。结果调查居民3 018人,获得有效问卷2 993份。乳山市农村30岁以上居民高血压患病率为39.99%,知晓率为46.03%,治疗率为33.25%,控制率为9.69%。结论通过基线调查,对乳山市居民高血压的基本情况提供客观数据,进一步了解乳山市居民的健康情况,使今后的宣传教育和干预工作更具有科学性和实用性。Objective To master the current prevalence of hypertension of rural residents aged over 30 and its influ- encing factors in Rushan city,so as to provide basis for the comprehensive prevention and evaluation of control effect. Methods In accordance with the principle of random sampling,a village was randomly selected from each town（sub-dis trict） and 100 households from each village were then randomly selected,taking residents aged over 30 in each household as for the survey,questionnaires,medical examinations and dietary survey. Results The number of selected rural resi- dents were 3 018, but the used questionnaires were 2 993. The prevalence of hypertension of the city＇s rural residents aged over 30 was 39.99 ~ ,the hypertension awareness rate was 46.03 ~. The treatment rate was 3.3.25 ~ and the control rate was 9.69~. Conclusion The baseline survey of hypertension of Rushan city shows the basic data,and the president health status can be mastered,in the future,the education and intervention work will be more scientific and practical.
