摘　　要：目的了解福建省男男性行为（MSM）人群梅毒相关知识的知晓情况，为制定该省MSM人群的梅毒控制措施，并为今后评估梅毒预防宣传工作效果提供基线数据。方法2011年10月，对福州、泉州、龙岩地区572名男男性行为者进行问卷调查。结果调查572人，年龄18～70岁，平均30．59±9．08岁，其中20～29岁占51．57％，汉族占98．60％，岛中或中专占41．61％，大专以上占28．67％；梅毒相关知识总知晓率为77．62％。梅毒相关知识知晓率，小学及以下者为52．50％，初中者为65．38％，高中及中专者为82．35％，大专以上者为86．59％（P〈0．01）；福州地区为92．68％，泉州地区为67．00％，龙岩地区为71．95％（P〈0．01）。调查572人，获取梅毒预防知识的途径是网络的占46．33‰，是宣传材料的占44．41％，足书籍的占37．24％。结论福建省MSM人群梅毒相关知识知晓率与目家颁布的2015年90％目标仍有差距，应加强梅毒防治知识的宣传。Objective To understand the awareness rate of syphilis related knowledge among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Fujian province, so as to provide baseline data for further controlling syphilis,and evaluating effect of syph- ilis prevention publicity. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among 572 MSM from Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Longyan cities in 2011. Results Among 572 MSM,the age ranged from 18 to 70 years,mean 30. 59 ± 9. 08 years,and 20 2 years accounted for 51. 57% ,the Han nationality accounted for 98.60%,high school or technical secondary school accounted for 41, 61%,college degree or above accounted for 28.67%;the total awareness rate of syphilis-related knowledge was 77.62% ;The awareness rate among people with primary school education was 52.50%,junior high school was 65. 38%,high school and technical secondary school was 82.35%, college degree or above was 86.59% （ P 〈 0.01）; 92.68% in Fuzhou,67.00% in Quanzhou,71.95% in l.ongyan （P〈0.01）. Among 572 MSM,the main sources of syphi- lis related knowledge wereinternet（46.33%）,IEC（44.41%）,book（37.24%）. Conclusion The awareness rate of syph- ilis related knowledge among MSM in Fujian province is lower than the target of 2015 promulgated by the state. More at tention should be paid to the publicity on syphilis prevention knowledge.
