摘  要:【目的】为研究‘纽荷尔’脐橙(对照)及其光泽型突变体在不同发育时期果皮色差指数的变化规律,【方法】用CR-400型色差仪测定2者果皮L值、a值、b值、c值和h0值等指标。【结果】(1)在果实发育过程中,2者果皮L值不断增加,果皮亮度不断增强,并且从8月份开始直到果实成熟突变体果皮亮度都要显著高于对照;(2)根据果皮各色差指数变化,果实发育过程可分为全绿阶段、转色阶段和成熟阶段;(3)在转色阶段,突变体脐橙果皮褪绿速度快于对照,并且果实成熟后突变体脐橙果实红色度和黄色度均高于对照,果皮色泽更深。【结论】突变体脐橙果实比对照具有更好的外观品质。[Objective]The objective of the study were elucidate the chromatism index variation of fruit peel from 'Newhall' navel orange (Citrus sinensis [L.] Osbeck 'Newhall') and its glossy mutant during the fruit development. [Methods]The value of L, a, b, c and ho were detected by CR400 colorimeter. [Result]The results showed as follows: (1) The L value and glossy degree of both materials were increased dur ing the fruit development. (2) According to the variation of fruit peel chromatism index, the fruit develop ment of both materials could be divided into green stage, color change stage and mature stage. (3) In the color change stage, the green color of mutant peel faded faster than 'Newhall' control. Moreover, the red and yellow degree of mature mutant fruit peel was higher than the control, which suggested that the mutant fruit peel color was stronger than that of control. [Conclusion]The mutant fruit had more excellent exterior quality than the control.
