摘　　要：研究了不同消毒方法及时间对铁皮石斛茎段污染率及出愈率的影响。结果表明:O.1%HgCl2和吐温20按比例10000:1的混合溶液消毒7 min,铁皮石斛茎段效果最佳。The test determined the effect of different disinfection methods and time on the stems of Dendrobium contamination rate and emergence rate of callus. The results showed as follows ：0. 1% HgCl2 and Tween 20 in proportion to the mixed solution of 10,000 ： 1 disinfect 7 rain Dendmbium stem is the best result.
