摘　　要：智能化宾馆已成为我国新兴产业的热点，为了能够使其提供更多、更方便的信息服务，且最大限度地降低楼宇运行费用，智能化物业管理已成为新的行业从智能化物业管理的组织结构和功能分布出发，提出了一个基于计算机网络 ARCNET的宾馆管理系统并加以实现，希望能对智能化物业管理建设规划提供有益的参考本系统利用计算机网络作为整个智能管理系统的核心，将宾馆内的信息资源和设备资源集中在一起，利用能够提供实现智能化管理功能的软、硬件系统。With intelligent hotel booming into one of the host spots of China's new industries, intelligent property management has become a new trade. An intelligent edifice can offers more convenient information service and minimize its operation cost. With a study of the organization and functional distribution of an edifice, an ARCNET－ based hotel management system and its implementation are presented, hoping to be of some help to the construction programming of intelligent property management. With a computer network as its core, the system puts together both information resources and facility resources of an hotel and utilizes both software and hardware system, resulting in sharing and centralized controlling of resources in an hotel.
