摘　　要：刑事诉讼法对侦查部门拘传犯罪嫌疑人作了严格的时限规定 ,这对传统的贪污贿赂犯罪的侦查方式提出了挑战 ,也给现时的侦查工作带来一系列新课题。本文在分析当前对贪污贿赂犯罪嫌疑人适用拘传遇到的问题的基础上 ,对如何适用拘传进行了初步探讨。Criminal procedure law stipulates a rigid time limit for investigation department compelling appearance of criminal suspect.This is a challenge for traditional investigation way of embezzlement and bribery crime.It brings a series of new problems for investigation work now.The author preliminary discussed how to compel appearance on the basis of analyzing the problems about application of compel appearance for criminal suspect of embezzlement and bribery.
