摘　　要：目的分析住院患者医院感染的临床特点，为预防和控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法采用前瞻性监测和回顾性调查相结合的方法，对2009—2011年19061例住院患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果2009—2011年共发生医院感染325例、332例次，感染率1．71％、例次感染率1．74％；内科医院感染率最高，为3．01～4．40％；全年中一季度全院的医院感染率最高，为2．03％；医院感染部位以下呼吸道为首位，占46．6％～64．7％。结论加强医院感染监测，对重点科室、重点病种和重点人群加强监控和管理，并针对流行规律采取相应的有效措施，预防和控制医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical characteristics of the hospitalized patients with nosocomial infection so as to provide basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. METHODS The clinical data of 19061 case of hospitalized patients from 2009 to 2011 were statistically analyzed through prospective monitoring combined with retrospective investigation. RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 325 cases during 2009- 2011 with the infection rate of 1.71~, and totally 332 case-times of patients were infected with the case-time infection rate of 1.74% ; the incidence rate of the nosocomial infections was the highest in the internal medicine department, ranging from 3.01 % to 4.4% ; among the quarters in a whole year, the incidence of the nosocomial infections was the highest （2.03%） in the first quarter; of the cases of patients with nosocomial infections, the cases of lower respiratory tract infections ranked the first place, accounting from 46. 6% and 64. 7%. CONCLUSION It is necessary to intensify the surveillance for nosocomial infections as well as the monitoring and management of the key department, special diseases, and population at high risk of infections and take corresponding effective measures according to epidemic characteristics so as to prevent and control the nosocomial infections.
