流程再造在神经外科患者核磁手术中预防感染的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨"流程再造"在神经外科核磁手术间对预防手术患者感染的护理应用效果的观察。方法以"业务流程再造"理论为依据,对原有神经外科护理服务流程进行再造。结果实施流程再造后,更新护理人员知识结构,建立全新的护理理念;患者手术当天紧张度明显降低,与麻醉医师配合满意度明显增加,降低了感染因素,促进手术室护理工作不断进步和完善,提高了护理效果。结论在预防感染控制中运用流程再造,不仅减少了手术的感染率,提高了手术室护理服务质量、手术成功率及医患的满意度,更加有效地减轻了患者对手术产生的恐惧,提高了患者的满意度。OBJECTIVE To observe the nursing effect of process reengineering on prevention of intraoperative infections in the neurosurgery department patients undergoing MRI. METHODS The original neurosurgical care processes were reengineered according to the ＂business process reengineering＂ as the theoretical basis. RESULTS After the implementation of process reengineering, the knowledge structure of the nursing staff has been updated, the new nursing concept has been established, the tension of patients has been significantly reduced on the surgery day, the satisfaction with the cooperation with anesthesiologists has been significantly improved, the risk factors for the infections haven been reduced, the nursing in the operating room has been progressively improved, and the nursing effect has been raised. CONCLUSION The application of the process reengineering in the prevention and control of infections can not only reduce the incidence of infections, improve the nursing quality in the operating room and success rate of surgery as well as the patients＂ satisfaction with doctors but also effectively alleviate the patients＂ fear about the surgery and raise the patients＂ satisfaction.
