加强门诊患儿预检分诊管理预防控制传染病的流行

摘　　要：目的加强门诊的预检及分诊管理,以预防和控制传染病的流行。方法落实预检分诊制度,合理有效防护;根据疫情发展趋势制定或调整预检分诊流程;掌握儿童常见传染病相关知识,严格执行消毒隔离制度;单独设置发热门诊,加强健康教育,保护易感患儿。结果发热门诊筛查发热患者16 659例,临床诊断手足口病5949例,其他传染病157例,来院就诊患儿均得到妥善诊治,发热门诊秩序良好,无传染病漏诊、漏报现象,无医务人员感染。结论有效的预检分诊管理体系和完善的工作流程,在门诊传染病防控方面具有重要的意义。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the triage and management measures in the outpatient department so as to prevent and control the epidemic of infectious diseases. METHODS The triage system was implemented, and effective prevention measures were taken under reasonable guidelines; the triage management procedure was developed and adjusted in accordance with the epidemic trend; the related knowledge of common infectious diseases in children was mastered, and the strict disinfection and isolation system was followed; the fever clinic was set alone for normalized management; the health education was intensified so as to protect the susceptible children. RESULTS Totally 16 659 cases of fever patients were screened out from the fever clinic, 5949 cases were clinically diagnosed as hand-foot-mouth disease, 157 cases as other infectious diseases. All the hospitalized children were diagnosed and treated properly and orderly, there was no case missing being diagnosed or reported and none of medical staff being infected. CONCLUSION Effective triage and management system and sound work flow have great significance in the prevention of infectious diseases in the outpatient department.
