摘　　要：目的通过对消毒供应室建筑布局的改进,以提高供应室日常工作的安全性与高效性。方法通过研究他人的先进经验,反思目前在建筑布局方面存在的各种问题,并且设法改进。结果短期内利用现有条件,优化布局,达到提高效率和安全的目的;长期通过改造和重建,创造一个相对完善的建筑结构与布局,从根本上解决现存的布局不当问题。结论希望通过科学有效的改造使供应室在安全性、易用性、工作效率等方面得到明显提升,为医院供应室的现代化建设打好坚实的基础,实现为医院提供优质医疗用品、为患者提供更加安全服务的初衷。OBJECTIVE To improve the efficiency of daily work routines in the central sterile supply department （CSSD） and ensure the safety through the improvement of construction layout of CSSD. METHODS The various problems in the construction layout of CSSD were found out and solved by referring to the advanced experience. RESULTS The layout was optimized in a short term under the current conditions so as to improve the efficiency and ensure the safety; the relative perfect construction layout was created through long-term transformation and reconstruction so as to fundamentally solve the existing problems of layout. CONCLUSION The safety, usability, and working efficiency have been significantly improved through the scientific and effective reconstruction, which lays solid foundation for the construction of modern CSSD, provides high--quality medical supplies, and offer better service for the patients.
