狼毒巴布剂外敷治疗颈淋巴结核的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的淋巴结核的治疗是临床工作中的难题,通过观察狼毒巴布剂外敷治疗颈淋巴结核的临床疗效,为淋巴结核的治疗提供新方法。方法对2010年6月-2012年6月确诊的110例颈淋巴结核患者随机分成治疗组54例、对照组56例,两组患者均采用异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺、链霉素进行治疗,同时治疗组外敷狼毒巴布剂,对照组外敷普通巴布剂,进行对比观察。结果 6个月的治疗后,110例患者的症状缓解率为100.0%,总治愈率为95.5%,治疗组与对照组差异无统计学意义;治疗1、3、6个月后治疗组淋巴结缩小率分别为66.67%、81.48%、94.44%,对照组缩小率分别为35.71%、64.29%、82.14%,两组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论狼毒巴布剂外敷治疗颈淋巴结核,局部疗效显著,值得临床推广和运用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of euphorbia fischeriana steud cataplasm in the treatment of cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis so as to solve the difficulties in the clinical treatment and propose new treatment measures. METHODS Totally 110 patients with confirmed cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis, who were treated in the hospital from Jun 2010 to Jun 2012, were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the treatment group with 54 cases and the control group with 56 cases; both groups were treated with isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, and streptomycin; meanwhile additional euphorbia fischeriana steud cataplasm was used externally in the treatment group, additional common euphorbia fischeriana steud cataplasm was applied in the control group, and the therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups. RESULTS Six months after the treatment, the rate of clinical symptoms was 100. 0% among the 110 patients, the total cure rate was 95.5%, the difference between the control group and the treatment group was not significant l the effective rates of lymph nodes absorption one month, three months, and six months after the treatment were respectively 66.67%, 81.48%, and 94.44% in the treatment group and 35.71%, 64.29%, and 82. 14% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The external application of euphorbia fischeriana steud cataplasm can achieve significant topical efficacy in the treatment of cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis, which is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
