飞行人员高尿酸血症与高血糖、高血脂的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨飞行人员高尿酸血症与高血糖、高血脂的关系,为制定预防措施提供参考依据。方法对2010—2012年在本院疗养健康体检的1 256例飞行人员血标本进行血尿酸(UA)、血糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测,并将检测结果分为高尿酸血症组与正常血尿酸组进行比较。结果高尿酸血症组Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C值均高于正常血尿酸组,而HDL-C值低于正常血尿酸组,两组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论高血糖、高血脂与高尿酸血症有直接关系,应引起临床足够重视。Objective To probe into the correlation of hyperuricenaia and hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia among flight personnel so as to provide reference for formulating precautionary measures.Methods Blood uric acid（UA）,blood glucose（Glu）,total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）of the blood specimen of 1 256 flight personnel for physical check at our sanatorium during 2010-2012 were detected, and they were divided into hyperuricemia group and normal blood uric acid group according to the check results. Results The levels of Glu, TC, TG, and LDL-C in the hyperuricemia group were higher than those in the normal blood uric acid group, while the level of HDL-C was lower than the control group, the differences in the two groups were of obvious significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion There is a direct relationship between hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia, which should be worth enough clinical attention.
