电针背俞穴配合小剂量赛乐特治疗中风后抑郁症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨电针背俞穴配合小剂量赛乐特治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组(电针背俞穴+口服赛乐特)和对照组(口服赛乐特)。其中治疗组30例,对照组30例,分别在治疗前后用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)和临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表对两组患者进行评定,观察治疗前后变化。结果治疗4周后,两组抑郁症患者HAMD-17评分都较治疗前降低,但治疗组降低更明显,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的临床神经功能缺损程度评分较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),说明治疗组效果优于对照组。结论电针背俞穴配合小剂量赛乐特可以促进中风后抑郁症状的改善,可促进中风患者的神经功能及日常生活能力的恢复,减少患者的致残率,减轻致残程度,促使中风患者重返社会。Objective To probe into the clinical effects of back shu point electroacupuncture and small dose of Paxil to treat post-stroke depression.Methods 60 sufferers were randomly divided into the treatment group（with back shu point electroacupuncture and oral Paxil） and the control group（with oral Paxil） with 30 cases in each group.HAMD-17 and clinical neurologic impairment rating scales were adopted to assess the subjects before and after the treatment so as to observe the changes.Results After four weeks of treatment, HAMD-17 score of the two groups clearly lowered after treatment, and the treatment group lowered more significantly.The differences between the two groups were of statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.The clinical neurologic impairment rating scales of the treatment group were clear improved compared to those before the treatment（P 〈 0.05）, which showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Back shu point electroacupuncture and small dose of Paxil can improve post-stroke depression symptoms, promote the recovery of neurological function and activity of daily living, reduce disability rate, relieve disability level, so as to help stroke sufferers return to society.
