摘  要:目的疗养院绩效管理应将岗位工作量、医疗质量、费用控制、疗养员满意度等指标作为绩效考核,收入分配的依据。方法根据疗养院工作特点和特征,设计疗养院绩效管理体系。结果疗养院应更加突出非盈利性的公益属性。结论疗养院绩效管理应以注重收入转变为注重服务产出,形成正确的利益导向。Objective Performance management at sanatorium should include position workload, medical quality, expense control, conva- lescent satisfaction and other indexes as standards for performance assessment and income distribution.Methods Performance management system was designed at sanitarium according to operating features and characteristics of sanitarium tasks.Results Sanitarium should focus more on nonprofit property of public welfare.Conclusion The focus of performance management system at sanatorium should be transferred from income to service output so as to achieve a correct benefit-oriented system.
