疗养院手术室护士急救能力培训及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对疗养院手术室护士实施急救能力培训的方法及效果。方法成立急救能力培训考核小组,采用急救基础理论知识培训,多媒体专题讲座,急救操作技能及流程培训。结果培训后急救理论知识、急救操作技能、急救综合能力考试得分均有显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对疗养院手术室护士急救能力的培训,可以增强手术室护士急救意识和急救操作技能,确保手术室护理质量和患者安全。Objective To explore the methods and effects of first-aid capability training for operating room nurses at sanatorium. Methods A first-aid capability training and check squad was set up to employ the first-aid basic theory knowledge training, multimedia presentations on special topics, first-aid operating skills and process of training. Results After training, the test scores of first-aid theoretical knowledge, first-aid operating skills, and first-aid comprehensive abilities have improved significantly, and the differences were of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion First-aid capability training for operating room nurses at sanatorium can enhance their consciousness of first-aid and first-aid operating skills, so as to ensttre the operation room nursing quality and patient safety.
