品管圈活动在提高疗养院健康教育质量中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高疗养院健康教育质量中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,活动前对疗养院健康教育的现状问题进行要因分析,制定并落实改进措施,然后开展活动。结果疗养员对健康教育的综合知晓率由活动前的75.7%提高到活动后的90.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动,可有效提高疗养员对健康教育的综合知晓率,从而提高健康教育的质量。Objective To probe into the application effects of Quality Control Circle（QCC）to improving health education quality at sana- torium.Methods A QCC team was established, and a causal factor analysis was carried out before operation about the problems in existence in current health education at sanatorium, then measures for improvement were formulated, and finally put them into action.Results The comprehensive medical awareness rate among the convalescents increased from the original 75.7% before the QCC action up to 90.1% as a result of the QCC action,with a difference of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion QCC action can effectively help the convalescents to improve their comprehensive medical care awareness, thereby enhance health education quality at sanatorium.
